ad hoc spur of the moment air shows are great. Have done many fly-bys and low passes in a C-130, it never got old. The quality of buzz job should justify the ass-chewing.

Had the privilege to be able to experience them almost every day for a couple years, and even met with a couple of pilots after graduating A school. NAS Pensacola was a good home to me.

When I was little we were watching the blue angels practice and one of thier moms came down the line selling merch. She stopped and talked to us for a bit then kept going. The next day at the air show I went bast the barriers they had and walked right up to the pilots to tell them I knew thier mom. When the air show finally tracked down my parents they found me hanging out with the blue angels in the hanger and I got a pretty cool picture out of it.
